InCD writing in Ub 810

can Brasero Disc Burner be used to write to CD-RW disks similar to InCD in WinXp.

If so how to format and use
can the CD-RW disks be erased and re-written us usual.
any info on this and connected matters will be appreciated.

I'm not aware of InCD, but Brasero can certainly deal with CDRW. Go to Tools > Erase to erase a RW disk, and then Project > New Project to burn new files to it.

Also can handle multi-session cds or dvds but the check box only appears after clicking on "Burn". It's worth testing out a couple of times as i found it odd adapting from horizontal panes to vertical ones and never really understood disc burning until i used ubuntu with brasero. Nero always seemed to be hiding settings and i found it a bit clunky.

Is InCd to do with using a Cd as Ram? If so neither me nor Andy has helped much. Please let us know. So we can get someone on the case for you ;)

I tried Brasero and it erases the whole RW CD before it writes. Maybe I cannot use it like RAM under InCD but will adapt and re-write until a better solution comes along.
