Uploading pics from camera to syvania LC89 laptop

I got an Olympus FE360 camera. My question is once I upload the pics, but when I remove the USB cable a window pop up stating the pic "The location "/media/disk/DCIM/100OLYMP" does not exist. Once uploaded how do I save the pics into the laptop?

i think when you plug the camera in, it gives you the option to launch F-spot. i believe the default picture locations is ~/Photos

alternatively you can just browse over to the photos on the camera and copy or move them to any location you like. dont forget to right click and UNMOUNT your camera before unplugging it.
