Gnome - SVN downloading problem

Hi,
I am using GNOME Terminal for downloading from svn://svnanon.samba.org/lorikeet/trunk/mod_auth_ntlm_winbind.

Error message am getting is Can't connect to host, connection timeout!

When am trying to use git-clone also i says failed.

Is there any networking settings for Gnome terminal.

Any help would greatly appreciated!

This does work with svn for me.

$ svn co svn://svnanon.samba.org/lorikeet/trunk/mod_auth_ntlm_winbind
