cannot install ubuntu satanic, machine crashes wen i try

when i try to install ubuntu satanic on my lap top the machine crashses and i have to restart all over again, what can i do?or what is it? i try to intall it with a friend disc and the same thing hapend s

Ubuntu Satanic are not supported by Ubuntu, and have trademark problems...

I think it's just themes and things for regular Ubuntu so you have to have normal Ubuntu installed first.

i do have normal ubuntu 8.10 but it doesnt work anyway, so i think is a machine problem because it is to old maybe de cd room unnit it s crahs or something like that

ther is another problem,i can not wach videos from you tube or any kind of, does not iven load, i just install the most recent flash player and it's the same thing. thank you very much for you'r time tom

I think it's themes for 8.04 and maybe can't handle 8.10? Sound weird tho - i'd have expected it to work on 8.10 too. Please post the YouTube issue as a separate question

los problemas con youtube es que nisiquiera carga
los videos, osea entro ala pagina y todo pero los videos no los veo de hecho dice que la pelicula no se cargo.

y eso comenzo hace algunos dias antes funcionaban de maravilla,y repito tengo la ultima version de flash player para ubuntu 8.10 installada

hi friend tom, hey body do you know how change the screen resolution. mine it's too emall, a friend told me that maybe the graphics card need a driver but i ready try and nothing changes

Ahh, you really need to post this as a new question as people dont look through "Solved" questions to find questions that need answering - also it helps with when people with look through "Solved" questions before posting their own
