google earth---->http://www.medibuntu.org/

You need to set "execution" privilege to installers,
right click on installer icon, properties, look for " Execution " and select it,
then just double click it, and select " Execute " on upcoming window.

But the best way is to use " Add/Remove " from Applications menu.
