Well I lost my copy of UBUNTU DESKTOP. Will Ubuntu ship another copy to me, or will they refuse the order?

Yes they will, but you can download the ISO image and burn it yourself -- it's much more quicker and cheaper (for Canonical).

If I don't know how to burn .iso images? and mount them and all that stuff?

You can Buy a CD from Canonical's Shop.
By the way, " Ship It " is Working perfectly.
