Creating an executeable file for installing themes with the components extracted from tar file.

I have just downloaded the theme package from genome looks , it get downloaded in tar flie and when I extract the package i get separate files for splash screen, background, borders, how do I make an executable package that will help me load all the components in one go.

Install PeaZIP its free software, and can make Self-Extracting archives all with GUI

 I guess I should have asked how can I use a TAR application file on ubuntu , Can you help me with the steps...

u don't need to compile it to use it, simply take the tar-package and drag it into the opened appearance window (system-settings).
that should do the trick.
