Blocked uploaded PO file

I just uploaded a PO file[1] for the package Synaptic, but it is 'Blocked'[2], and I couldn't understand why. Could someone please check the file and tell me what's wrong with it?

P.S: I got no email from Rosetta about the problem.

Translation Team are having a few technical problems at the moment and it seems that some files may be being updated> Launchpad translations get sent upstream and upstream sends translation down to all the different linux disttros and somewhere along the line an error has crept in and is being resolved as we "speak'.

Try re-downloading the po in a few days or join the Rosetta team and help fix the problems :)

Tom, I do not know which technical problems you are referring to but I don't think any of it is involved here. Also this is about uploading, not downloading, so re-trying a download later won't help anything.

Osama, we approved the uploads and they have already been imported. Sorry for the hick-up!
