How to turn on the debugger for crashes?

Asked by Shahar Or

Hello dear community!

Currently, when some application crashes in my system, nothing happens except for the disappearing of the application's window. Evolution, for example, crashes quite often after the last upgrade on intrepid and I'd like to file a bug report or join in the current report for this bug but for this I would like that the debugger appears, telling me that the application has crashed and providing me with a debug.

How do I enable this feature?

Thanks!
