I tried to install intrepid using this boot image

http://ports.ubuntu.com/dists/intrepid/main/installer-sparc/current/images/netboot/boot.img

I followed the tftp procedure from the following page to try install it

Sorry, i hope it's not one of these know issues although many seem like things that could be modified.

I was wondering if this is to be a Server with a lot of local clients or is it not that kind of server? I've not actually seen a Sparc.

my issue is when trying to detect the disk it bombs out.
