Becoming an Ubuntero

a novice here , need to know the process of becoming ubuntero. where/how do i acces my terminal window, so i can enter and finish the first step, OPEN PGP??

If you have Linux installed, mouse to "Applications" there you will find "Terminal", click it and you will get a terminal screen where you will be able to enter commands. "Help" is a useful command.

If you have not found it yet, Applications>Accessories>Termminal.
