Problem with login (also with Telekom.at) Do not understand your bugreport page

I just tried to file a bugreport but I cannot make heads or tails of your bugreport page. I 'm also having problems w/ logging in to my ISP's Webmail page ( not on the iMac, so not Telekom's fault). I had originally set a different password, but the email address is correct, so this is me. When I try to enter my password it gets jumbled up & I cannot delete it. Thanks, Tom, for your reply.

does the page require javascript?
if so pls install either flashplugin-nonfree via synaptic or "sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree" inside of a terminal.
