Trouble with Ubntu

Asked by Manny J Perez

I install Ubuntu one night and I was impressed by it. Shut the computer off and went to bed. The following morning when I turned my computer on and it asked me if I wanted o run Windows XP or Ubuntu, I click Ubuntu. From there on my system went blank, then only showed half of the Ubuntu page and it froze. I had to turn it off manually.
I tried to ruh it several times and it kept on freezing on me. I uninstalled it and it still asks me if I want to run Windows XP or Ubuntu.
How do I get rid of that window and just let my system open as before just Windows?
Thank you,
Manny J. Perez
