Ubuntu

My internet is running slow(newbie)

Hey I am running intrepid. My Internet has been pretty quick until about a day ago. It is painfully slow now.

I have poked around some of the other questions, but I just don't understand what to do.

I have pinged www.google.com. It seems to be fine, but it is just going so friggin slow.

Help?
