I can not boot up my CD drive to install ubuntu for my laptop

No need of doing all these messy things download wubi (latest version ) which u can download easily and using it u can install ubuntu directly from windows only kindly check the compatibility of the software on which version of ubuntu it supports

Now, after install ubunta, my screen is small, it can not display at full screen, vaio PCG-623L 12 inch display.
