Microsoft keyboard use

I presently changed my keyboard and I cannot enter Linux. I use windows xp and on a second hard disk linux mint. The keyboard enter the disk with windows but does not entet the disk with linux at all.

Can you give us more info about your Ubuntu version and which functions do you want?
