Hello C.Walters,

the router does not need drivers to operate. you can adjust the router's settings by opening firefox and entering the router's ip address once you've physically connected to it either via ethernet or its wifi network.

are you needing help with a wifi network adaptor in your pc or laptop?

I'm not sure if its a wifi or just wireless, the computer is a compaq v2000 it came with built in wireless. I changed to ubuntu because of spyware and it had 176 viruses . I've been using ubuntu on my desktop for 6 weeks, i've learned a lot but have a lot more to learn. I'm away from my laptop at the moment I will try to adjust the settings when I get home.
Thank you for your Help !!!
James

Just a comment,
The autorun CD that came with your router is made to only run on windows and will not run on Ubuntu, don't worry.
If your router is DX-WGRTR then go to your user manual and go through the "Alternate setup method" (page 14).
If you don't have a manual, then you can download it from: http://www.dynexsupport.com/product/?pid=DX-WGRTR#
Hope this helps, let me know.

Can you help with this problem?
