Slow system after upgrade

I upgraded from 8.10 to 9.04(hoping to get work my hp printer hp laserjet 1018, but it didnt).
1. System still doesnt print after installing driver using hp-setup.
2. Overally system is much slower
3. NTFS cant mount
4. Slow network communication(long page loading, commnunicating with samba server is also slow - some network bug?) cat /etc/hosts:
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.1.1 r-c-desktop

5. A lot of epiphany-browser crashes

you know that 9.04 is still alpha software right? it should not be put on production machines as it is unstable. The final version is scheduled for April 23rd.

I know that it is alpha, I want to help. And also learn something.

due to the nature of prerelease software, it will be slow as it is unoptimized, and will also be buggy because it is unstable the known bugs have not been resolved yet.
