A problem in install gaim_2.0.0svn20060917_i386.deb

First I deleted the gaim shipping in gnome .Then I install this package , it shows ;Error; Dependency is not satisfiable;libgnutls11.
i alao have tried gaim 2.0 beta 5,but still error

i dont want to use the gaim shipping in gnome because it doesnt support QQ
 help me

Try:

$ sudo apt-get install libgnutls11

and see what happens. That may not be the exact package name, so if that doesn't work, install it in Synaptic.

it can't work,there is no such pacakage.but i find a file called libgnutls12 in my computer already installed

libgnutls11 got removed after dapper.

gaim 2.0beta6 seems to support QQ. At least it's listed in the about dialog and in the "Add account" under protocols.

gaim 2.0beta6 is available from Ubuntu 7.04 (Feisty Fawn)
