Upgrading...

If I upgrade Ubuntu, will all my themes be on the new version too? and my configuration? I'm kind of a newbie...

Should be fine, you'll be prompted if you've changed any configuration files which are part of a package being installed, otherwise your personal configurations shouldn't be affected in any way.
If this is a big upgrade it's always wise to backup first anyway - there's two sorts of folk, those that do backups, and those that haven't lost all their data yet.

The update system will ask if you want to use the configuration in the package or if you want to keep your configuration.
You'll only get this if you changed system configuration files - you probably won't see it.
