hard disk name

Asked by ealthuis

I renamed a hard disk used an illegal character. Now Hardy Heron will not mount that disk nor allow me access to fix it. Anyone know terminal commands to get the name corrected?

I was finally able to mount the disk as root, "root#Newdell:~# mount /dev/sdb1 /media/sdb1"
Disk was mounted and I could get at the "properties" where I made the error in the first place.
The error was an underscore in the new name
