Cant start ubuntu 8.10

I have duel booted Ubuntu onto my windows XP professional computer using wubi installer and the ubuntu-8.10-desktop-i386.iso, so when I choose to load up Ubuntu, it wont work, it just says "[ 0.376534] PCI: BIOS BUG # [00000031] FOUND".

And then I have to manually restart my computer.
