how to import address book to thunderbird

How can I import address book and all other data from
thunderbird on windows 98SE FAT 32
to
thunderbird on Ubuntu 6.06 ?

1. Export
   1. Open your address book and go to “Tools” and click on “Export…”
   2. Type a name for your address book. *It is important to remember where you save it.
   3. In the "Save as Type" box select the value "LDIF (*.ldif)".
   4. When you are ready, click “Save”

2. Import
