Ubuntu 7.04 (Feisty) CDs Shipped Early?

Asked by Nobu

I requested three CDs April 11th and when I checked up on my order a couple of days later it had said that they had been approved and sent to the shipping company on April 14th(5 days before release?). I was wondering if there had been a mistake or if they had just approved my request and were waiting for release to ship them. It's not a big problem but I thought I should ask anyway, since if it was shipped early it must've been Beta or something because there weren't even any images on the servers yet(Except beta). That wouldn't be a bad thing necessarily because I could update it after installing but I'd like to avoid that if possible. ^.^

So thanks for reading and I hope you guys have a nice day. :)

beta isn't shipped :P

the CD's that you ordered were feisty fawn, requests were being taken in advance of the release date (19th).

Remember that they take 6-10 weeks to deliver

patience is a virtue :P

Well I don't really mind waiting(I have ordered from shipit before and know how long it takes), I just wanted to check and make sure. ^.^

So I guess the clock would start ticking one or two days after release?
