ubuntu 8.10 başlangıç hatası

merhaba;
benim bilgisayarımdaki ubuntu 8.10 sürümü,normal olarak kullanılırken aşağıda yazılan hatayı vermeye ve açılmamaya (masaüstünü görüntüleyeme ) başladı.Hata mesajını aynen yazıyorum.

"/usr/lib/libgconf2-4/gconf-sanity-check-2 durum 256 ile çıktı "
 "yapılandırma sunucusu ile ilgili bir sorun var "
bu sorunu çözebilmek için yardımınızı bekliyorum.

sudo chmod 775 /etc/gconf/gconf.xml.system
