Asked by UbuntuAma

Hello Gurus
I want to update my Ubuntu and i get this message

You seem to have the ubuntu CDROM specified as a software source, if you have a good internet connection, you can remove this ortherwise you'll need to put the ubuntu CDROM in the cd-drive

to remove the cdrom as a software source do
System->Administration->Software Sources
uncheck the checbox next to the "Cdrom with ..."

if you still have problems try changing the Download server
