lost some function of main menue in gnome panel

Asked by Dave Stroud

Today I did a update and now the main menue only shows the bare essentuals. I dont know if the update had anything to do with it. When I run edit menue, it shows everything there, but when I check on an item it shows the check mark then dissapears. I reinstalled the gnome panel, but it is still the same.I am using 7.04. Thanks again

I dont expect that the updates had anything to do with it. It just accured right after I did it.I only have access to portions of main menue. When i run edit menue and check an ittem to show it checks and then dissapears.thanks

if it was fine before the update, then the launchers were gone afterwards, it is quite likely to have been caused by the upgrade or a piece of software in it :P

also, the updates were not only for TIMEZONE

at least one gnome-panel update was in there, if not two
