Bluetooth Software Installation

I downloaded bluesoliel software (Having both .deb & .zip setups) for linux for my bluetooth device. But any one of Installers (GDebi pakage installer,Archive Manager,Wine) is not installing it So what can i do now?
Please tell me about the supported setup formats by ubuntu 8.10?

.deb packages can be installed in Ubuntu, however this particular software seems designed for two specific models: Asus ee 900 and 701 with Broadcom chips.

Acc. to this answer I have to wait for Linux Bluesoliel full version.
