upgrading from 7.04 to 7.10

 i have an ubuntu 7.04 and i just install one day ago and it shown that i can upgrade to ubuntu 7.10. but is not working this is the list shown:

  i'd try for about ten times to upgrade but it shown the same. pls i need some help. thank you.

Ubuntu 7.04 is "out of life" and as such no updates for taht system are available. Unfortunately updating 7.04 is the first step before upgrading to 7.10. You will need to reinstall using a 7.10 CD.
