Burning cd on mac but install on my pc?

The pc that i would like to put ubuntu on does not have a CD burner that is working.. could i burn linux from my mac on a cd without installing it on my mac then use that cd to install on my pc?

Yes, you can burn the CD on a mac and then install it on the PC, as long as it is not the ppc version.

Just go here: http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download

then download and burn the 32bit version.
