As far as I know there is no Intrepid based version of Ubuntu CE, see http://ubuntuce.com
But a lot of the programs, like GnomeSword, are part of Intrepid, too, so you can just install them using Synaptic.

Maybe the people at the Ubuntu CE forum http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=168 can help you with programs not available in Intrepit and artwork.
