how to reset linDVD parental control

Asked by cdionne

I am new to Ubuntu and linDVD. The DVD player will play dvds rated G but not anything for more mature audiences. It says parental controls block the playing. How do I reset the parental control? I right-click, then go to PROPERTIES, then to PARENTAL CONTROL but the screen is grayed out. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I didn't even know there WAS a lindvd. Congrats to the bloody cretins for finally getting one out.

I have no idea how to fix your problem. It probably involves this thing called a "password".

Can you help with this problem?
