I create a mirror of ubuntu and i want to create it as official country mirror

I create a first ubuntu mirror in Kirgizstan. It's address http://ubuntu.mega.kg/ubuntu.
I registered this mirror at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/ubuntu.mega.kg-archive/
but nobody answered me. Please help me get status official contry mirror for my mirror.
