The cursor jumps in the word processor

Hello. When writing in the word processor the mouse cursor jumps.
The pc is for dessert. It occurs to me in Lubuntu 16.04, in Lubuntu 14.04 it did not occur to me.
Let's see if anyone has a solution for this.
