It is good to hear that you enjoy Ubuntu and are willing to help contribute. Any help you could provide in your spare time would be appreciated.

You do not need to be able to write code to help contribute, there are many ways to contribute which are very helpful. See the following link:
http://www.ubuntu.com/community/participate

Also check out this link regarding mentoring it is an excellent place to start:

Hope this helps

All But The First 2 Question Are Me Jumping The Gun, Considering I Have No Idea How To Write Any Sort Of Code. So What Language should I Focus On If I Want To be Able To Take, Say, Ubuntu 8.10 "script" (I believe its Called) Modify it Then Apply/Use The Changes I've Made?

Also:

Can You explain The Algorithm Part To me(definition). I Dont Understand What That Means. I Searched Google With Phrases Like "Ubuntu Study Modules" and "Ubuntu Algorithm" And Didnt Get Real Results. Unless..

Something Like This Is What I Need:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/source/gutsy/base/linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.22

QUESTIONS:

hmmm....How Is The Ubuntu Interface Coded, whats The Process? is It A Moded KDE Enviornment, Or Is It Built From Scratch. My Goal Is To be Able To Do Total GUI Overhauls. I Want To Make A Low Req Interface But Attractive GUI.

How Do I Find/Download/Edit "Ubuntu"

What Program Do I need To Obtain To Modify Ubuntu "Source Code And/or Modules"
