Hi! Press Alt-F2 to call "Run Application" dialog. Write command "gstreamer-properties" and press "Run" button. In "Multimedia System Selector" window choose "Video" tab. Try to find your webcam in "Default Input"/"Device" list. If it's absent your webcam has not detected. Otherwise choose it and press Test button to determine whether it works properly.
