Create udev rules in ttyS0 and lp0 port

I would like to be able to write in both of these ports.
If i chmod 666 them i have no problem. I know i shouldn't do that, but even if i do, after reboot the permissions change again.
I think i should create a udev rule to solve that but i have no idea how to do that.
thank you in advance.
