Problem with uninstalling packages

Hello everybody...
    I accidently installed two packages, edubuntu-artwork and moodle in Kubuntu 8.04. Now these packages are appeared to be broken in my computer and I cannot remove it. Since I have broken packages in computer I'm unable to install new packages what should I do? I have consulted all the previous answers. But they didn't solved my problem... Please help...........
