An Error of Ubuntu desktop

I think it's a bug, but I don't know how to report a bug, so I write down it here and help someone report it who view this question.

I'm a Chinese Ubuntu User, When I'm set the time to show the "Year-Month-Day Week Hour:minute:secord", It is show "2017 Year 3 Mouth 4 Day Saturday 00:00:00"(In Chinese it display '2017年3月4日 周六 00:00:00') in my imagation, but it is display "2017 Year 3 Mouth Mouth 4 Day Saturday 00:00:00"(2017年3月月4日 周六 00:00:00) actually, when disabled to show Week it is display right.
