some keyboard shortcuts dont work

hi everyone,

i'm using feisty,

after setting keyboard shortcuts F10 to launch a terminal with "system->preferences->keyboard shortcuts", it just don't work, but if i set F10 to open a home folder, it works...

any idea?

Thanks for the question.

It works fine for me. Have you done a dist-upgrade lately? Upgrade all packages that are upgradable since feisty is still in the beta stage and try it again.

Well, i'm pretty sure that i have the newest version, cos either "apt-get upgrade" or "apt-get dist-upgrade" does nothing...

so what should i do now?

well, i think there are some confliction between keyboard shortcuts settings of metacity and beryl...
i do use beryl, and so some shortcuts settings of metacity don't work anymore when beryl is launched.

there is also a shortcuts function in beryl, user can use it instead the one of metacity
