Multiple instances of USB error -110 on boot
Motherboard is Asus M2NSLi-Deluxe, processor is AMD A64x2, Virtualization is enabled in BIOS.

On boot, several iterations of "device descriptor read/64" and "read/8" errors occur, all related to USB devices. After this, the boot continues, but USB drives will not automount and it appears that USB 2.0 is non-functional.

More information, added once I noticed it was missing from the first posting - cut & paste failure, sorry!
System is booting from internal SATA HDD to Ubuntu 8.10 with kernel 2.6.27-7-generic.
