ubuntu-eee is not an officially supported project. Therefore, in order to receive a CD you will have to download the distribution and burn it yourself, see here: http://www.ubuntu-eee.com/

It is actually easier and cheaper for you to write the downloaded .iso to a 1GB+ USB flash drive and boot/install from that.

Details regarding how to do that (with UNetBootin) can be found here: http://www.ubuntu-eee.com/wiki/index.php5?title=Get_Ubuntu_Eee

Downloads for Linux and Windows are provided. Its a very simple process.

Ubuntu 8.10 desktop (the Canonical supported product) actually runs and performs very well on the Eee's. A little work is required to get everything running smoothly. I suggest reading the Ubuntu community EeePC page: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EeePC

Can you help with this problem?
