ShipIt CDs not delivered

I had put in a request in ShipIt for 10 Dapper CDs on 13th Jan 2007.. CDs were sent for shipping three days after that, 16th Jan 2007.

Its 16th Apr 2007 today, (12 weeks), and i still haven't received my CDs. The address as submitted to ShipIt is complete and correct.

Dapper is old now, so the 10 CDs is not much of an issue.. I've now put in a request for ONE Fiesty Fawn CD.. should i expect that atleast that will reach me??
