Would like to report a bug in ubuntu

I would like to report a bug or add information to this bug report https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/292155 since my bug is similar to it, problem is that I can't gain access to a terminal to give the information that is needed. Is there a way to still report a bug using maybe Live CD?

Reason that I can't gain access to a terminal is as stated in the bug report, that Ubuntu freeze up during start-up

you can get to a terminal in recovery mode, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/RecoveryMode for help on booting into it

Sadly don't I even gain access to the terminal in recovery mode because of this bug

you can use a live cd to get the required information, you may wish to use another version of ubuntu such as 8.04 though.
