can someboday please fix permissions on the linux-image-2.6.20-14-generic_2.6.20-14.23 files on the us.archive.ubuntu server!

ALL VARIUANTS located on the us.archive.ubuntu.org servers have the incorrect permissions and casue update manger to fail to retrieve because the server returns a 403.... PLEASE fix

im sorry, I wasnt sure what to do. But I will post future simmilar issues as
bugs.
