I cannot install nvu

I try to install nvu it is on the list in Synaptic Package Maneger, but is not available to install.

nvu has been removed from Feisty because of quality requirements, but should be available in Edgy.

Try using Bluefish instead, It does html and is available, I have not used it but I have heard it works.
