Hi, it's pretty easy.
1- With the document you want to save open, go to File->Save as
2- Select a name for your doc and click in "File type"
3- This will display various options. One of them is "Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP" (in my case it's the 5th option, it should be the same in yours). Click on it.
4- Finally, save the document with the "Save" button.

You're done.

Hope this helps.

Thank you. It WAS VERY EASY. I didn't see the "file type" option before. I think I am too used to the appearance of Microsoft Word.
