internet behind proxy ubuntu & xp

my company network office have a win xp server
this server limited access network with (proxy server ccproxy ) and filter mac address and ip

i want use my computer internet in other computer with ubuntu server os

i first test in server computer with xp os and change ip and mac and correctly connect to internet

but when change mac and ip i cant connect to internet and recive unauthorized msg

can every one to help me

i set http_proxy
ftp_proxy
ip
mac
getway

i find problem

ccproxy cant get my mac address
it get 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 instance real or explicitly mac address
what about you ???
do any one know ubuntu server can filter request for mac address or no

i found it

this problem raise from ccproxy
ccproxy can not read mac address from ubuntu

another program easiely can get mac address from ubuntu
