lost add & remove in applications

well, it's add the bottom of the applications menu

if it disappeared, you can add it again by using the menu editor

System->Preferences->MainMenu

Add a menu item with (Use "New Item" button when you're on Applications in the menu editor)

Type : Application
Name : Add/Remove
Command : /usr/bin/gnome-app-install
Comment : Install and remove applications
Icon : /usr/share/icons/gnome-brave/scalable/apps/gnome-app-install.svg

It seems the Add/Remove not only disapeared from the menu but completely

you can reinstall it by typing

sudo apt-get install gnome-app-install

in a terminal

or you can use synaptic package manager in System->Administration to install it
