Error Reading boot CD

The first time it did boot quick and managed to install. I completely reformat the HD. Now, i want to reinstall a fresh copy but first it load but slowly, then it pop out a window witi I/0 Error reading Boot Cd. The cd is One week old.

any suggestion would be helpful.

It sounds like the burn did not complete successfully; make sure that your ISO downloaded correctly (see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToMD5SUM) and then burn the disk again on the slowest possible setting for your burner.
